+ 20 years of experience with responsibilities in the transformation and optimization of IT processes, in development projects and consulting. I have been part of large multinational companies in different sectors, the last 12 years, working for Santander Group.

Skilled in building synergy and collaboration among multifunctional teams to drive the change toward the Agile transformation required in Santander bank, that supposes a new way of working in terms of new processes, culture, organization, tools, agile methods and learning experience.  Aligned with strategy, support key business objectives, and maximize value creation for our customers.

Conference: “Santander Academies: A new learning experience within everyone's reach”

Like other large companies around the world, Banco Santander faces major economic and social challenges in a scenario with enormous uncertainties marked by the coronavirus crisis.

In this context, Agile has become a strategic pillar and Santander is adopting this new way of working as the best response to meet the needs of our customers in an efficient, fast and secure way.

We are facing a new scenario, where continuous learning is and will be key for all the Group's professionals. That is why we have to provide our employees with all the necessary tools to democratize the learning of Agile.

This is why we have created the Agile & Engineering Excellence Academy, an initiative developed by learning and Agile experts from all the Group's countries and businesses, to change the way we learn, creating personalized learning paths, with a common skills development strategy for the whole Group and a global online platform that will enable professionals to discover, build, share and collaborate, incorporating valuable resources and experiences, always within our reach when and where we need them.
