Elisabet Pinilla has extensive experience in multinational companies within the financial sector, where she successfully designed and led massive transformations of technology stack and new ways of working.
Through her carrier she has held CIO and Chief Transformation Officer positions at Country, Region and Global level in AXA Insurance Group and been responsible for digital channels technology transformation at Deutsche Bank and Winterthur Spain.
Elisabet joined Santander Group in 2019 as responsible for the Technology and Operations Transformation Office as well as for the Agile and Software Engineering Center of Excellence
